| Supreme Court has ruled that Lalu Prasad and other accused will face separate trials for each case in the Rs 900 cr fodder scam. It set aside the High Court order which said that the entire conspiracy in the scam was one and hence Lalu cannot be tried separately for each illegal treasury withdrawal. Lalu has already been convicted the in Chaibasa treasury withdrawal case. |
