Chinese foreign ministry spokesman Geng Shuang said disagreements continue to prevail in the UN Committee related to terrorism issues in this particular case. “At present, some members have disagreement over the listing matter. And China stands ready to remain in coordination and communication with the relevant parties on this issue,” Geng said. |

The United States may crack down on Pakistan with possible strikes on terror safe havens. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will take up the visa issue with US President Donald Trump next week in Washington. “The H-1B visa issue will be one of the issues on the table during the PM’s visit,” Trade Secretary Rita Teaotia said.
